1. Nature of Our Business
ATC Sourcing Co., Ltd. provides global product sourcing, OEM/ODM manufacturing, import/export, and logistics coordination. Our clients work with us to create and receive custom goods made in Asia.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All pricing is quote-based. Prices vary depending on product type, design, quantity, delivery timeline, and complexity. Quotes are valid for 15 business days unless otherwise noted.
We do not offer fixed prices on the website.
3. Deposits and Payments
Deposits may be required depending on the size and nature of the project. The amount will be communicated clearly during the quotation stage. The balance is payable prior to shipping or as otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are made in the agreed currency and method.
4. Refunds and Returns
Refunds are provided only if products are:
- Proven defective upon arrival
- Significantly different from approved samples
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or once production has begun.
5. Production & Approval
We follow a clear process including sample approval and quality checks. Clients are responsible for approving final samples before full production begins. Once production is approved, any changes may incur additional charges.
6. Delivery & Delays
ATC Sourcing works hard to meet agreed delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes)
- Unexpected factory delays or supply chain disruptions
We are not liable for losses caused by these delays.
7. Intellectual Property
Client-provided designs remain the intellectual property of the client. If we co-develop designs, ownership can be defined through written agreement. We do not use or replicate client materials for any other purposes.
8. Warranties & Guarantees
ATC Sourcing does not provide warranties on product performance unless specified in writing. Quality checks are done thoroughly before export.
9. Use of Website
You may browse, contact, and request quotes via our website. Any misuse, scraping, or abuse of our forms or content is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
