Logistics, Payment & General Info

What are the payment terms?

Usually 50% to start, 50% before shipping. For some packaging or custom molds, we may ask 100% upfront.

Do you ship globally?

Yes, we deliver to over 50 countries. We offer sea, air, and express options. We help with customs paperwork as well.
